One day recently I turned on my computer, used for business, and it just got stuck at the “Windows” screen. I tried everything I could think of but nothing worked.
So, I called Opt-e-web because they have been providing my backup service for over a year. Erin answered my call and was extremely helpful and understanding. I told her my business depended on the computer. She “sprung” into action and was able to send someone to the rescue within an hour or two. When I opened the door there stood Andrew. A very handsome man with a big smile on his face. Over the next couple of hours he not only “fixed” the problem, he did a few things to improve my computer’s performance, networked my new printer with my laptop and taught me a few new computer tricks. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and funny. He has a great sense of humor, which one normally doesn’t find among computer “geeks” (no offense Andrew). In talking with Andrew I learned that he knows a great deal about software and I asked if he could help me with some of the work I do in Excel spreadsheets. He said yes. So, I scheduled a one hour appointment with him which we just completed this week. He has come up with all sorts of ways to save me time and be more efficient.
I can’t say enough good things about the service I have received from Andrew and Erin with Opt-e-web. Oh, I also forgot to mention that a few months ago my printer gave out and wasn’t sure whether to have mine repaired or buy a new one. I talked with Erin and she gave me a lot of useful information to help me decide what to do.
